Areas We Serve
D1 Training Wilmington serves young athletes across four counties. Find your community below and join the waitlist for founding member rates.
Pender County
Hampstead
Hampstead is one of the fastest-growing communities in Pender County, with an exploding youth sports scene in football, baseball, soccer, and more. D1 Training puts NFL-backed athletic development right in the heart of the Hampstead corridor — no more long drives to Wilmington.
Surf City
Surf City families live an active lifestyle, but dedicated youth athletic training has been hard to find on the island. D1 Training brings NFL-backed speed, strength, and agility programs within easy reach — a short drive down US-17 from Surf City to the Hampstead-Wilmington corridor.
Topsail
Topsail Beach and North Topsail Beach are home to families who value athletics and competition. Topsail High School has a proud tradition across multiple sports, and the feeder programs are getting stronger every year. D1 Training gives Topsail athletes the off-field development they need.
Scotts Hill
Scotts Hill sits right between Wilmington and Hampstead on US-17 — perfectly positioned for D1 Training. Young athletes in this growing Pender County community compete through Topsail-area schools and local rec leagues. Elite athletic training is now just down the road.
Burgaw
Burgaw is the county seat of Pender County and home to Pender High School athletics. From Patriots football to baseball, basketball, and track, Burgaw athletes compete hard. D1 Training gives them access to the same caliber of training that athletes in bigger cities have had for years.
Rocky Point
Rocky Point is a rural Pender County community where kids grow up playing sports. Between Heide Trask and Topsail feeder programs, young athletes here have talent — they just haven't had access to structured performance training. D1 Training brings that access.
New Hanover County
Porters Neck
Porters Neck is one of the most active youth sports communities in the Wilmington area. Families here invest heavily in travel teams, club sports, and competitive school programs. D1 Training brings the missing piece — dedicated speed, agility, and strength training — right up the road.
Ogden
Ogden families are plugged into the Wilmington-area sports scene, with athletes competing across Laney High School, travel baseball, club soccer, and AAU basketball. D1 Training gives Ogden athletes access to elite performance training without the drive into downtown Wilmington.
Wrightsville Beach
Wrightsville Beach families live an active lifestyle — surfing, paddleboarding, running, and competing in youth sports across the Wilmington area. D1 Training adds structured athletic development to the mix, giving young athletes the speed, strength, and agility training that ocean sports alone don't provide.
Carolina Beach
Carolina Beach and Pleasure Island are home to active families who want more for their young athletes than rec league alone. D1 Training brings NFL-backed speed, strength, and agility programs to the Wilmington area — accessible to Carolina Beach families via US-421.
Onslow County
Holly Ridge
Holly Ridge sits at the crossroads of Onslow and Pender counties, home to Dixon High School athletes and military families from nearby Camp Lejeune. D1 Training brings structured, NFL-backed athletic development to a community that's been underserved by performance training facilities.
Sneads Ferry
Sneads Ferry is a tight-knit community with deep ties to Camp Lejeune and a strong youth sports culture. Local athletes compete through Dixon schools and Onslow County programs, but dedicated performance training has been hard to find. D1 Training changes that.
